SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Sukuma, we offer a single shipping option as we believe that our customers should receive their order as soon as is humanly possible. We ship all our orders via next day delivery and they are generally picked up by the courier the day after the order is placed, so providing the order is placed before 3pm, your order should be delivered to you on the 2nd working day.

UK Delivery on orders under £75 - £7.99

Standard UK Delivery on orders over £75 - FREE

Orders received by 3pm, Monday-Friday are usually processed the same day and dispatched with the courier the following working day.

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday during normal working hours for next working day delivery.

Orders submitted over a weekend/bank holiday would usually be processed the following working day and dispatched for next day delivery the day after.

We will always attempt to dispatch your order as soon as humanly possible!

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know, send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we'll refund the cost of the item(s).

Although, please let us know beforehand by emailing us at info@sukumasports.com with the relevant information.

Returned items should be returned to us unopened and in the condition you received them. Please take reasonable care of the item(s) you wish to return as we reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund and return the goods to you if they are not fit for re-sale.

Please ensure you include your order number and reason for returning.

Products must be in their original packaging, pending product inspection before we can process a full refund.

WARRANTY

If a product is found to be defective by Sukuma sports, it is sukuma sports sole discretion to either provide a replacement item or repair the item.

The warranty applies only to Sukuma Sports products purchased from www.sukumasports.com or an authorised sukuma Sports retailer and is valid for the original purchaser only. We do not offer warranty transfers.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item being returned under warranty to arrive without further damage. Sukuma sports cannot be held responsible should the item be damaged in transit. It is recommended therefore that suitable insurance is purchased when posting the item.

our warranty excludes the following:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
Damage caused by improper packing.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
Damage Caused by excessive UV/Heat Exposure (shown by distinct yellow glue staining around seams or fading of parts such as fins and logos)
Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives.
Damage caused by other products.
Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages.
All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product.

Our standard warranty is 1 year which covers all products sold on our website and through authorised dealers which covers manufacturing defects. We offer an extended 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects on our Fused Material Construction inflatable paddle boards, but to receive this your board must be registered within 28 days of purchase. Our extended warranty is only valid for the board and the included Accessories fall under the standard 1 year warranty. You can register your product on our product registration page.

Repaired or replaced products are covered for 1 year period (or extended period) from the original purchase date.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from Sukuma sports or an authorised retailer.

Sukuma Sports will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss of use of product.

Warranties and/or product replacements are only applicable/redeemable in the original country of purchase.
